It helps us to see how and where things have shifted for you. Then we see if any of your goals have changed, do the session, and talk about it so you can take notes or record for later.

We will spend time talking about what you have going on and what your goals are. Then we will do the session. Afterward, we talk about your session and what came up for you. I listen to YOU. What are your goals and your concerns? After we talk, I listen to your body to see what needs to balance first. Most sessions will follow a general balancing protocol and will include the knowledge and understanding of SacredSpace, Accunect, BodyTalk, Chinese Medicine, Naturopathy, and Homeopathy. Afterward, we spend quite a bit of time going over your session and what needed to be balanced and why. You are welcome to take notes or record the session for later listening.
